LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS (415E), Fringe North Festival Videos, And Much More!!

Before we begin today's post, I wanted to apologize for a missed concert, as local funk/hard rock quartet The Elements played a solo headlining gig at The Rockstar Bar last night. This was a hybrid of their own live show plus the venue's recent Christmas Cheer karaoke events on Fridays, with that taking place between the band's sets. I profusely apologize for this show slipping us by after it's short notice announcement earlier this week, but hopefully it went well yesterday, and don't miss Rob & Jesse with The Wyld Stallyns TONIGHT at The Harp! Now, here's some assorted updates, new video discoveries, and leading off, LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS for next year!

In our first Sault Michigan hard rock concert announcements of 2019, local hard rock cover quartet 415E will reunite to kick off the year at The Rapids Lounge at the Soo's Kewadin Casino branch on January 5th & 6th! This surprise announcement ends an 18 month-long hiatus dating back to their last public concerts at the St. Ignace Kewadin in June 2017, which were termed as their last gigs there "for a while", with guitarist Chris Hubbard commencing work on his own solo project in the interim. I'm not sure what happened to 415E, but it's great to have them back after far too long, and they are back in our active band links! In their Facebook page post announcing the gigs, 415E noted that they'll have "a lot of new songs" as well as a "new rhythm section", which seems to imply that bassist Mitch Goetz and drummer Tony Hubbard (Chris' dad) aren't in the revived band. If accurate, reasons for their departures weren't announced, and we await confirmation of their replacements, but hopefully nothing bad happened!

For what it's worth, Kewadin Casino's entertainment page does not yet list 2019 gigs at their lounges, we will let you know when hard rock shows for early next year are announced there. As usual for Kewadin lounge concert weekends, these shows have 9:00 PM start times, 21+ age limits, and no cover charges. Hopefully Chris and Dave(?) can shake off the rust and pick up where 415E left off last summer, so visit the above links for continuing information on their return in four weeks!

Next up, we have some very belated videos from the live musical entertainment at this year's Fringe North Festival (and/or Art In The Park) in Sault Ontario to share on here! Over two dozen clips were uploaded to the Arts Council of Algoma's Facebook page in August from the live musicians who played at The Roberta Bondar Pavilion during the festival, and I do apologize for these being so late to make the site, The Arts Council page hadn't previously been a haven for live concert videos. A wide array of talented local musicians can be seen in these clips, such as Great Chamberlain, Circular Vibrations, Guy Smith, ex-Griphook frontman Jim O'Leary, The Algo Rhythms, The Barn Board Trio, Sasa Jurko, Mustang Sally, and Colin Gasparelli, among others, so click the above links for the non metal/hard rock performances that were filmed! As far as I can tell, just two of these videos feature a hard rock performer or cover, and one is of local acoustic hard rock trio The Wyld Stallyns, so what should you know there?

A surprising cover of Elle King's "Ex's & Oh's", this rendition puts Christina Speers' vocals to nice use, and look for Rob & Jesse's Elements bandmate Jonas Gasperas on guest hand drums too! The biggest issue with the video is it's vertical camera angle, as while everyone's in frame, the camera placement isn't optimal for the resolution, as almost half of the video is of the stage & floor rather than who's performing on it. Give The Stallyns' Fringe North video a look below, and apologies again for missing The Elements' Rockstar Bar show last night, I hope it won't happen again!

The other hard rock cover comes from local blues trio The Paul DellaVedova Band's Fringe North Festival set in August, as they covered Bad Company's "Rock 'n Roll Fantasy"! Though best known for their blues originals and renditions, Paul and company can go heavy when need be, and they put in a strong performance of this 1970s hard rock favourite here! Again, the vertical camera angle doesn't help for similar reasons, but poor Rick is not in a good spot given the lighting placement and camera angle. Still, fans of Paul's prolific blues rock should appreciate this rendition, so give it a look!

Finally for today, here's three assorted shorter news items from the last few days, and as usual, these are in alphabetical order by company, band, or event name:

  • Former Boxcar Junction drummer Mike Blair has launched a new live event sound company named 705Live! They are not to be confused with A Dire Setback's promotion company Live705, who also provide sound at concerts, but it'll be interesting to see if the similarly named companies can coexist! 705Live were recently seen manning the controls for Toystock VII, among other concerts hinted on their Facebook page, and they also provide lighting for events. Mike has a professional setup with lots of experience, so definitely consider 705Live at the above links, and they're now linked on the SMS!
  • I have removed Sault Michigan classic/hard rock cover quartet (and Highway 63 side project) Cousin Eddie from our active band links due to the quiet deletion of their Facebook page earlier this year. Oddly, this news comes following learning of two scheduled concert weekends at regional Kewadin Casino branches this month, but with their page deleted and no obvious social media hints that they are still alive, I am hesitant to list these shows here. If they are still on, we'll let you know, but best of luck to Chris, Greg, Nathan, and Ron in the future either way, they were a promising band!
  • The Soo's Got Talent will return in 2019! As per photos on their Facebook page (and a URL name edit), the Sault Ontario talent contest will be back for a second go-around, presumably next fall at The Tech if nothing changes, and they are looking for a wide variety of performers once again, which does include musicians. Remember that Tym Morrison and ex-Re:Born frontman Robert Nevitt were among the dozens of competitors in year #1, which was won by singer Daniella Brewer. See above for more details!

That's all for today, but stay tuned for more news and updates on the site next week! Thanks everyone!

LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS (Fringe North Festival) & Weekend Concert Previews!!

A busy weekend with lots of festivals and fundraisers is upon us, so let's get most of this weekend's hard rock concert previews up, including SHORT NOTICE LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS and a related apology! Due to the amount of shows, we're holding our preview of Saturday's Rudyard Musicians Festival in the E.U.P. for tomorrow's post so we can give it proper emphasis, so look for it then! Now, let's start this weekend's previews in Sault Ontario!

Local funk/hard rock quartet The Elements are advertised to rock this year's Fringe North International Theatre Festival at the Up The Arts stage at the Roberta Bondar Pavilion TOMORROW NIGHT! Apologies for the short notice, this concert had previously been announced via the festival website and related advertising, but between this event not being a hard rock haven, and The Elements not plugging it publically on their own pages, it fell through the cracks until now. As per the poster, The Elements are headlining at 9:00 PM ahead of indie rockers Great Chamberlain (in what's advertised as their local farewell set), folk/pop artist Hannah Lindsay, jugglers Karl & The Prodigy, and and young local performer Madi Schomogyi Lime. In case you needed a refresher, the Fringe North Festival is a week+ long arts festival featuring music, theatrical performances, busking, visual arts, culture, and more, which is a great idea for the local arts community, and hopefully this year's installment has been a hit so far!

Note that The Elements' acoustic side project The Wyld Stallyns had been advertised as being the co-headliners at the Pavilion this past Saturday alongside The Algo Rhythms, The Barn Board Trio, the debuting Johnny & The Revelators, and Sasa Jurko. The Stallyns did not publically promote the show in advance, but I profusely apologize for missing it last weekend, I promise to be on top of the Fringe North musical lineup next year! As for TOMORROW's Up The Arts stage action, it all begins at 5:00 PM, and this is a FREE & ALL AGES event. See above for more, and here's The Elements live!

Next up, and joining his previously announced Roadhouse Bar & Grill solo concert TOMORROW NIGHT, prolific hard rock singer/guitarist Tym Morrison will also be playing a special set THIS SUNDAY as part of the final night of the Fringe North Festival! Again, apologies for the short notice, this concert was only announced via it's Facebook event page yesterday. The festival's schedule lists local folk/indie solo artist Jackson Reed in SUNDAY's 5:00 PM slot, but for unannounced reasons, Tym has reportedly replaced him that day. Hopefully nothing bad happened with Jackson, but Tym's a solid choice to fill in! For this set, Tym will uniquely have a guest performer on SUNDAY, namely HTs bassist Ryan Disano, who was briefly a member of Caveman Morrison in the late 2000s. Nice to see Ryan back out there, hopefully he adds a solid component to this one hour set! Tym and Ryan are on at 5:00 PM, with poet Corey Marques at 6:00 PM, followed by an all-star finale at 7:00 PM, of which I have no extra details.

Of course, Tym alone will be at The Roadhouse on Trunk Road tomorrow for his already-announced night of solo covers, so east end fans won't want to bypass that concert either! That's a 10:00 PM affair with no announced cover charge or age limits,  while SUNDAY'S Fringe North finale is FREE & ALL AGES. Visit the Roadhouse show's Facebook event page and the above links for more details, and for a preview, here's Tym live!

Moving to shows that were entirely previously announced, we'll take a quick trip across to Michigan's E.U.P., where classic/hard rock cover quartet Cousin Eddie are scheduled to rock The Northern Pines Lounge at the St. Ignace Kewadin Casino TOMORROW & SATURDAY NIGHT! Note that the band has not plugged these shows on their Facebook page at press time, but they are advertised on Kewadin's entertainment page, so we'll treat them as on unless otherwise stated publically. Last seen at the Sault Ste. Marie Kewadin last month, this should be a prime opportunity to see this group of (past?) Highway 63 members in a familiar live setting, so don't miss out on this hard rock action in Mackinac County over these two nights! As usual for Kewadin Casino lounge bookings, expect 21+ age limits, 9:00 PM start times, and no announced cover charge for this weekend. Visit the above links for more on these newest Cousin Eddie concerts in our area, and hopefully they have some videos to publically share soon!

We'll close today's previews back in Sault Ontario, where fellow local classic/hard rock cover quartet Soundcheck will co-headline THIS SATURDAY'S Ride For ARCH street party concert outside of Reggie's West! Hard rock hasn't been a constant presence in the musical lineups of this four year old charity motorcycle rally (especially compared to the Rides for Autism and Sight), but this Algoma Residential Community Hospice fundraiser is back with another strong music roster for a wonderful cause! Visit the official Facebook event page for complete details on the non-musical aspects of this year's Ride, including on how you bikers can take part in the rally proper. Soundcheck's outdoor set on Korah Road takes place at 8:00 PM on Saturday, with country rockers Bone Yard at 9:30 PM. Preceding prize announcements at 6:30 PM, the remaining acts are Bone Yard's sister acoustic project The Bearded Lounge at 5:30 PM, Wild Iris side project Stone Orchid at 3:30 PM, ...

...young guest performer Amanda Jeffreys with a mini-set at 3:15 PM, and the aforementioned Algo Rhythms opening at 2:00 PM. Stacked lineup with many familiar faces, and a dash of hard rock via Soundcheck (last seen on the road in Wawa last week for a drag race event there), so don't miss out on all of this action for a great local establishment and the work they do! The concert proper appears to be FREE & ALL AGES, but visit the above links for costs associated with being in or fundraising for the rally. ARCH deserves all the support and funds it can get, so keep this concert and the ride in mind, and here's Soundcheck live earlier this year!

That's all for today, but stay tuned for our Rudyard Musicians Festival preview and more next! Thanks everyone!

LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS (The 3 Day Millionaires & Tym Morrison) And Most Of This Weekend's Concert Previews!!

Helping to end this month on a busy note, we have another busy weekend of hard rock concerts to cover this weekend (on the Canada Day long weekend, no less.) As such, we're pushing our preview of Project 906's concert in Brimley to tomorrow's post to spread everything out, so don't worry, it's coming! Now, here's what you should know to start this weekend off right, starting with SHORT NOTICE LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS!!

Local classic hard/rock cover quartet The 3 Day Millionaires will reportedly end their local run when they headline at Reggie's West TOMORROW & SATURDAY NIGHT! Apologies for the short notice, these shows were only announced via the official Facebook event page on Tuesday. Yes, advertising for TOMORROW & SATURDAY's shows indicates that The Millionaires are disbanding after this weekend's bookings, though they have not publically stated a reason for this surprising news. The 3 Day Millionaires have been a steady sight on the local bar circuit for over 2 years now, and they had solid chemistry and a nice long setlist for fans wherever they went, and I just hope their breakup is amicable! For what it's worth, drummer Scott McLurg's old band Turner Up is reuniting for Rotaryfest next month (alongside former Millionaires bandmate Travis Sharpe), but I have seen no reference to that being more than a one-off.

As usual for The 3 Day Millionaires' Reggievelt gigs, TOMORROW & SATURDAY's concerts are 9:30 PM events with no announced cover charges or age limits. Visit the above links for more details, here's The Millionaires live, and best of luck to Steve, Jeremey, Bill, and Scott in the future! They're all talented musicians that will be assets wherever they go next!

Next up, local acoustic hard rock singer/guitarist Tym Morrison has a busy weekend ahead, though with some changes. Joining his previously announced matinee gig at Gliss Steak & Seafood TOMORROW and nighttime show at Room 21, he'll be playing a special SUNDAY NIGHT concert at the latter venue as part of that venue's Canada Day festivities! Again, apologies for the short notice on the Sunday show, we only learned of it via SooToday's events calendar. Regarding his Gliss shows, the planned Saturday nighter this weekend is not taking place for unannounced reasons, but it could be related to Canada Day weekend event conflicts. As for rumours regarding Gliss' future at the Quality Inn, I will wait until there's public confirmation before elaborating here, but see Tym there TOMORROW, just in case! As for SUNDAY, Tym's personal Facebook page implied that he'd have two shows on Canada Day, but I have seen no public reference to the second, so it may be a private booking, and wouldn't be covered here as a result.

Of course, tomorrow's Room 21 show is part of their new Finger Food Friday theme nights for you appetizer fans, while SUNDAY'S show is timed so attendees above Low & Slow can see the fireworks, so keep that in mind to kick off the month! Tomorrow's shows are at 6:00 PM (Gliss) and 10:00 PM (Room 21), while the Canada Day show there has a special 8:00 PM start time. The Room 21 shows are 19+, and none of these concerts have an announced start time. Visit the above links and the Facebook event pages for the Friday nighters linked here & here for more details, and here's Tym live!

Moving to shows that were entirely previously announced, we'll next head to Outspoken Brewing at 350 Queen Street East for our first ever concert preview there, as London "true-psych/post-metal' quintet Whoop-Szo will rock Sault Ste. Marie for the first time TOMORROW NIGHT!  With a creative hybrid sound melding experimental, post-punk, folk, and psychedelic sounds into one package, as well as socially conscious lyrics, Whoop-Szo should have a little something for everyone while bringing enough heavy sounds to make SMS fans happy tomorrow! The opening act is Hamilton garage rock band Billy Moon, who have some punk influences in older material, and have an up-tempo indie vibe that should be a nice match tomorrow as well! A rare hard rock headline booking from Ears & Eyes, this concert will be held at the aforementioned craft brewery on Queen Street East beside Shabby Motley Handcraft, and with bookings ramping up there, it'll be interesting to see what else comes to Outspoken Brewing!

Tickets for this 19+ concert can be bought online at this link for $10 (there's no stated hike for admission at the door), and a 9:00 PM start time is advertised. This should be a fun concert for fans of the more experimental fringes of hard rock and punk, and at a relatively unique locale to boot, so visit the Facebook event page for more details, and here's Whoop-Szo live!

Finally for today's concert preview post, we'll take a detour to St. Ignace, where Sault Michigan classic/hard rock cover quartet Cousin Eddie are slated to return to The Northern Pines Lounge at St. Ignace's Kewadin Casino branch TOMORROW & SATURDAY NIGHT! After a 3+ month hiatus from announced public concerts, the Highway 63 sister band should have another entertaining weekend of live cover action in store for patrons in the southeast U.P., so consider a trip to the St. Ignace Kewadin to see the guys in action this weekend! Note that Cousin Eddie have not confirmed these bookings on their Facebook page, nor have they posted on there yet this year, but the venue has advertised them right along. As usual for Kewadin lounge bookings, these are 9:00 PM concerts with 21+ age limits and no announced cover charge. Check the above links for more details, and when some public preview videos of Cousin Eddie turn up, we'll let you know!

That's all for today, but stay tuned for our Project 906 preview and more tomorrow! Thanks everyone!

LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS (Peril, Scarkazm, Banned, And Cousin Eddie), Plus A New Local Band!!

Kewadin Casino's entertainment page has been updated to reflect shows at The Northern Pines Lounge at their St. Ignace branch through August of this year (though curiously not The Rapids Lounge in the Soo yet), so we can confirm new shows there from four notable hard rock bands in this all-Sault Michigan-area post! Full band names are given this time, and for reference, "Pard. Excus." were Paradise Excuse, led by recent Broke on Sunday frontman Mark Bowen, and you can see a clip of them covering Chris Stapleton at this link. Now, let's tackle these LOCAL CONCERT ALERTS, starting with a new addition to our band links!

We have a new Sault Michigan band to add to our full coverage on the site, and they are Cousin Eddie! Clearly named after the National Lampoon's Vacation character, we had been aware of this band since late last summer, but only recently confirmed that their genre would fit our range on the SMS. That seems obvious in hindsight, as they are a side project to local classic/hard rock cover veterans Highway 63, with guitarist Nathan Switzer, bassist Chris Leask, and drummer Ron Suchey playing in both bands! The exception is frontman Henry Switzer, with guitarist Greg Smith taking his place in Cousin Eddie, and while I can't be 100% certain, this photo suggests that Nathan and Chris share or trade off lead vocal duties with this project. Describing themselves as playing "classic rock, 80's hits and other genres", Cousin Eddie debuted at an outdoor De Tour Village show last July, and played their first Soo dates at The Rapids Lounge in August, followed by gigs at Huck's Pub & Grill (formerly Joe's Bar & Grill) in Rudyard in November.

As for those new Kewadin gigs, you can see Cousin Eddie at The Northern Pines Lounge in St. Ignace on March 2nd & 3rd, June 29th & 30th, and August 17th & 18th, with possible Sault Kewadin gigs to be confirmed, among other venues. These new Kewadin bookings are all 9:00 PM events with no announced cover charges and 21+ age limits. Though there are no videos yet of Cousin Eddie in concert, their pre-existing chemistry with Highway 63 and extensive local music backgrounds should serve them well, and see the above links for more on Cousin Eddie and their 2018 St. Ignace bookings!

Next up, here's some new Kewadin lounge concert confirmations from Traverse City classic metal trio Peril, but not just in St. Ignace, as their Reverbnation page has dates listed for The Rapids Lounge at the Sault Ste. Marie Kewadin Casino as well, plus shows beyond August! As such, fans can see them at The Rapids Lounge on April 6th & 7th and on July 27th & 28th, while they have St. Ignace bookings lined up for June 15th & 16th and September 21st & 22nd. The April weekend in the Soo will be Peril's first E.U.P. weekend in almost 5 months, and their St. Ignace shows will be their first there in 7 months, so if you're been waiting for Peril to return north, now you have some dates! For reference, Jeff, Adam, and Brooks kicked off the year in Harbor Springs earlier this month. You can take in Peril's metal and hard rock classics at 9:00 PM each night at either venue, there are no announced cover charges, and these are 21+ events. See the above links for more on Peril's 2018 slate of shows in our area!

Likewise, Peril's metal sister band Scarkazm also have Sault Ste. Marie and St. Ignace gigs lined up for 2018 at each town's Kewadin Casino branch, also confirmed via both Kewadin's entertainment page and Scarkazm's Reverbnation page!  Keeping with their generally busier schedule compared to Peril, Scarkazm are booked for Rapids Lounge gigs in the Soo on April 27th & 28th, October 5th & 6th, and December 21st & 22nd, while they will return to The Northern Pines Lounge in St. Ignace for shows on May 11th & 12th, August 10th & 11th, and November 30th & December 1st, so keep these ones in mind for your 2018 concert calendar! The May gigs will be Scarkazm's first in St. Ignace since last month, while April's weekend will be their first in Sault Michigan since October of last year. Scarkazm have proven to be reliable fan favourites from their E.U.P. trips, so don't miss them either in the coming months! Like above, these are 9:00 PM and 21+ events with no announced cover charges. Visit the above links for more details on these shows, and stay tuned for more on Scarkam's local gigs!

Finally for today, Kinross classic/hard rock trio Banned will themselves return to The Northern Pines Lounge at the Kewadin Shores Casino for St. Ignace gigs of their own on May 4th & 5th, July 6th & 7th, and August 24th & 25th! Having just played there a couple of weeks ago, these shows confirm that this fan favourite trio will keep up the rock in St. Ignace through at least the summer, though we await confirmation of Rapids Lounge gigs for 2018, not having played there yet this year. As with all of the above new gigs, you can see Alex, Don, and Wayne live at the St. Ignace Kewadin at 9:00 PM each night, there are no announced cover charges, and you must be 21 or older to attend. Banned's hard rocking covers and occasional originals have been entertaining fans for years now, and these shows should provide more of the same, so visit the above links for more details on these shows!

That's all for today, but stay tuned for more news and weekend concert previews on the site in the coming days! Thanks everyone!

LOCAL CONCERT ALERT (Lion Ride), Sykotyk Rampage's New Album, A Newly Discovered Local Band, & More!

Here's an eventful post for this evening, lots of cool and exciting stuff to get to, and let us begin with a LOCAL CONCERT ALERT!!!

According to an upcoming lineup schedule for The Rockstar Bar & this band's MySpace page, Lion Ride will be back in Sault Ste. Marie at the end of the month! The band appear to have scheduled a concert for December 27th at The Rockstar Bar, with a start time of 10:00 PM! This is enough proof to call it as a definite concert, but I still don't know total details. When I hear more, I'll let you guys know! My other proof is from this image that shows the upcoming concert listings at The Rockstar Bar, which is booking a lot of other good stuff this month too! This will be Lion Ride's first local appearance since their heartbreaking loss to Garden of Bedlam at the Kiss Battle of the Bands, and their first full concert set since the last edition of Hempfest! I should be at this show, the end of the month is shaping up nicely for concerts, including Half Past at The Rockstar Bar & Detroit's CD release concert too! I'll keep you guys posted!

Next up, after months of waiting, Sykotyk Rampage's 22nd album (appropriately named "22") is finally available for purchase! Not sure how you can obtain CDs, though contacting band members should work, and the album's also available online to purchase! You can snag your copy for $7.99 (or 75¢ for an individual song), and trust me when I say that this is one of the more unique albums you'll come across this year! Sites are giving November 28th as the release date, which is also the day that the band uploaded the album onto their Soundclick page for streaming and purchase (songs off of it are available on other sites too!) As promised, the album has 22 songs, 6 of which are new live re-recordings of band classics like "Drinking On The Weekend" & "Called In Dead"! Among the new songs, there's loads of "blue Chinese metal crash punk" to go around, coming from many different influences! Drummer Paul Becker handles most of the singing, though guitarist Dirk Becker chimes in with lead singing on some tracks too, and Paul's daughter Krista even provides guest vocals on a song!

Their style and sound are so unique that I couldn't sum it up here without a proper review (I still need to fit this in on my review schedule!) So I recommend at least head to their Soundclick page to check out every song in their back catalog, especially the new album, and if you like what you hear, buy the albums! Great value for the money, and you're guaranteed to be entertained by at least one song!

What else to share tonight...well, I did come across another local band from back in the day! Flat Stanley drummer Glen Thomas, an invaluable resource for old local music info, found a local group by the name of Foothill Road on MySpace, and told me about them, and now I'm passing them on to you guys! Formed in 1994 or earlier, Foothill Road were a local hard rock group who eventually moved to Hamilton to further pursue their musical goals. Though the band endured some lineup changes and a name change to Cousin It, they managed to record not one, but TWO albums in the mid 90s, entitled "Seventy" and "Foothill Road" (cover pictured.) The band originally featured former Spy Vs. Spy frontman Ken Luxton (who vocally reminds me of Billy Corgan) and Sneaky Pete guitarist Mario Carlucci, among others! Now this is a band I've got to find out more about, they had a good hard rock sound going for them, and it's great to see an old band member (possibly drummer Rick Bain?) post a page to bring the back to the masses! Check out some of Foothill Road's solid original material at this location, and they're now in the local metal band links to your left! Thanks for the find, Glen!

Here's something cool: Have you ever wondered what it looks like where they broadcast Rock 101? Here's a glimpse of it, a live video taken from a recent installment of "The Hair Scare", the hair metal block hosted by Scott Cook that airs on Saturday nights! Let me say this: I NEVER would have guessed that they did radio broadcasts from a yellow room! But hey, it's cool seeing the inner workings of local radio! Usually we just picture radio DJs as random voices coming out of speakers! This is also notable for another reason, as local author and metal fan Duane Roy was on to talk about his book "Castle Stories: A Rock N' Roll Scrapbook", which details the concert history from the old Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan! I've already plugged the book on here, but it's worth mentioning again, especially with this cool radio feature that Duane got on Rock 101! Details on how to buy "Castle Stories" at this location, and check out Scott Cook and Duane Roy on "The Hair Scare" immediately below!

And finally, for those of you Kiss fans still on the hunt for a ticket for the December 15th show with Garden of Bedlam at The Essar Center, I have discovered a possible way to get tickets! When browsing the Entertainment page on SooToday, I saw listings on the entertainment schedule hyping this: The Upper Deck Bar & Grill above The Canadian Nightclub is holding a draw for a chance to win two Kiss tickets! Just head upstairs at The Canadian A.S.A.P. to fill out a ballot for your chance to win! The entries are drawn ONE WEEK FROM TODAY (December 14th) at midnight, so if you want to take a chance on this draw, head to The Canadian today! My source is every link on the "What's Happening" area of the entertainment page that says "Draw for 2 KISS tickets!!" That's all for tonight, stay tuned for my preview of tomorrow's Three Days Grace concert later today! Thanks everyone!
