Hard rock singer/guitarist Tym Morrison has announced his latest solo acoustic shows at Gliss Steak & Seafood for TONIGHT, TOMORROW, and SATURDAY, so we'll add his November slate of concerts to our listings! Apologies for the short notice on this weekend's shows, we were waiting for public confirmation of them on his end, which came yesterday via their Facebook event page. Joining this weekend's shows at The Quality Inn's house restaurant, Tym is expected to bring his unplugged matinees to Gliss on November 10th-12th, 17th-19th, and 24th-26th as well, so keep those three weekends in mind to help round out the fall months! Tym's long-term run at Gliss continues to be a successful and reliable presence on the concert calendar, and you can check him out TONIGHT, TOMORROW, and SATURDAY at 6:00 PM, with no cover charges or age limits in effect, but remember where it's being held. See above for more details, and here's Tym live!

And I do apologize for erroneously plugging this weekend's shows as being for Mourning Wood initially, their upcoming Rednecks gigs are next weekend, and we'll cover them on the site properly beforehand. This weekend's shows have 10:00 PM start times, no announced cover charges, and 19+ age limits. See above for more details on TOMORROW & SATURDAY'S shows, and hopefully someone gets some video!
Finally, we'll close with a show that has advance notice, as local classic metal quintet Project 421 will return to The Rockstar Bar for a headlining concert THIS SATURDAY NIGHT! Fresh off of their Rednecks Saloon set on Halloween, this will be Eclipse's 1980s-centric sister band's first Rockstar Bar appearance since opening for The Anti-Queens in July, and their first solo concert engagement since rocking Rednecks alone last month. This proficient quintet should have a solid blast of metal nostalgia in store for fans on Saturday night, so if you've missed 421 lately or want some extra live originals and covers, you know where to be this weekend! As usual, expect a 10:00 PM start time and a 19+ age limit, though while the venue reportedly no longer has cover charges for single-band local shows, the poster on the Facebook event page lists a $5 cover, so bring cash just in case. See above for more details, and here's Project 421 live!
That's all for now, but stay tuned for Sault Michigan weekend concert previews next! Thanks everyone!
